Schedule a Tour and Admissions Process

Below is an overview of our admissions process and the required forms to be submitted.

If you would like to receive tuition information before visiting, you may use our contact form and request this information. We will email it to you – this information will also be provided during your tour.

1. Schedule a Visit  – Come see and experience our Montessori classrooms in action.

  • To limit disruption to our current students, we offer small group tours (rather than individual visits) and limit each group’s size.
  • Tours are for parents/adults only – but don’t worry, accepted students will enjoy their own special visit later!
  • If no dates appear on the tour registration page, current tours are full.
  • Please call 301-309-9532 or use our contact form to ask about future openings.
  • Students who will be age 4 or older by September 1st must submit a referral form with their application and have previous Montessori experience. You may download this recommendation form here. Please have them email it directly to our office. Instructions are on the form. Thank you!

2. Submit an Application

  • • This link will open a new browser window and take you to our school’s electronic application. 
• Complete the application and submit it.
  • If a place is available, our office will be in touch shortly to discuss the next steps!
    • There is a one-time non-refundable $600 enrollment deposit. This deposit is credited towards the capstone year of the educational programs enrolled in (i.e. Pre-Primary/Primary program – it is the Kindergarten year; for the Elementary program – it is the Grade 3 year). You may pay this by paper check or via Paypal (a fee is applied for electronic payments).
    • There is no annual application fee, however families are responsible to pay the annual $50 FACTS fee if paying by trimester or installments.
    • Once the enrollment deposit is received, your application will be considered complete, your child’s place will be held, and our office will contact you regarding the next steps in enrollment. 
    • Students who will be age 4 or older by September 1st must submit a referral form with their application and must have previous Montessori experience. You may download this recommendation form here. Their previous school academic report must also be submitted. Please have them email it directly to our office. Instructions are on the form. Thank you!

• • If a place is unavailable, your application will be held on “waitlist” status without fee.
    • If/when a place in your program choice becomes available, we will contact you regarding your application. You will need to pay the non-refundable $600 enrollment deposit if you wish to hold their place. You may pay this by paper check or via Paypal (a fee is applied for electronic payments).
    • Once the application and enrollment deposit is received, your application will be considered complete, your child’s place will be held, and our office will contact you regarding the next steps in enrollment.
