2023 – 2024 Enrollment Update: Students who are age 2 or 3 by September 2023 may now apply for admission into our Twos or Primary program. Admission Steps – Below is an overview of our admissions process and the required forms to be submitted. If you would like to receive tuition information before visiting, you may click here to use our contact form and request this information. We will email it to you. This information will also be provided during your tour.
1. Schedule a Visit –
- Register for an upcoming visit to our school (begins in January/scheduling NOW OPEN) – click here to sign up for a visit. If no dates are showing as available on the registration page – all visit times may be full (group size is limited). You are welcome to call our office at 301-309-9532 or use our contact form to inquire about future dates.
2. Submit an Application

- Complete the application and submit it.
- If a place is available, our office will be in touch shortly to discuss the next steps!
- You will need to pay the non-refundable $50.00 application process fee and $500.00 deposit to hold their place (the deposit will be credited to the last tuition payment). You may pay this by paper check to our office or via Paypal (a fee applied for electronic payments).
- Once the application and deposit payment is received, your application will be considered complete, your child’s place will be held, and our office will contact you regarding the next steps in enrollment.
- If a place is unavailable, your application will be held on “waitlist” status without fee.
- If/when a place in your program choice becomes available, we will contact you regarding your application. You will need to pay the non-refundable $50.00 application process fee and a $500.00 deposit (the deposit will be credited to the last tuition payment) if you wish to hold their place. You may pay this by paper check or via Paypal (a fee is applied for electronic payments).

Other Admission Notes:
- Applications are evaluated by program availability and dated by the completion date (fees received).
- If you were referred to us by another family, please include that information on your application! Most of our students come from “word of mouth” referrals and we love it!
- Students age 4 or those applying to our Kindergarten or Elementary program must also submit a completed referral form with their application.
- You may download this recommendation form here. Please have them email it directly to our office. Instructions are on the form.
- We ask that you please understand that we do not accept students into our Primary program who already plan to do their Kindergarten year at another school. The Montessori curriculum is designed upon a 3-year cycle and great Montessori programs (which is what our school excels at!) are built upon a foundation of having mixed ages (3 year cycle), student leadership years, and more in our classrooms! We invite you to read and research why this is so important, the long-time benefits of the Montessori Kindergarten leadership year, etc. before enrolling your child! We know plans change, and things may happen, but we (and our already enrolled/committed families!) thank you for considering this before applying!
